Somali Embassy in Belgium disproves rubbish story against its service

The Embassy of the Somali Federal Republic in Belgium was very much annoyed to an article published on Flemish Newspapers on July 2nd, 2016 that was accusing of the embassy to have provided fake passports.

The headline was (Gaf Somalische Ambassade duiizenden valse.passpoorten?’ in Dutch language.

“The embassy said it is a baseless accusation which is aimed at to dishonor and damage the prestige of the Somali embassy and the diplomats working in it”, said a statement from the embassy.

“The Embassy calls the newspapers who wrote this articles and others which quoted from them and asks them to bring tangible evidence, we also call for those who are interested in this story should find and display the evidence”. The statement added.
