Over 50 students graduate from Hiran univarsity

52 students of Hiran University have fulfilled their education dream after graduating with various faculties. The graduation ceremony of health, computer science and law students was attended by Hiran administration officials and AMISOM officials in the area.

The chairman of Hiran University Professor Ibrahim Dakane Ali who spoke at the event has applauded the first graduates from the institution saying several more are expected in coming years as the institution grows.

The governor of Hiran region Abdifatah Hassan Afrah who was also present at the ceremony has promised to help renovate old university compound that is currently used by AMISOM peacekeepers into a modern learning institution to improve the education sector in the area.

Education sector which was greatly damaged by the two decades Somali civil war is currently revived all over the war torn state.
