Police say the 7pm Wednesday explosion was caused by an improvised explosive device that had been planted on the road.
The police cordoned off the area as they tried to unravel the now horrifying pattern of bomb blasts in the area.
An eye witnesses claimed the explosion may have been caused by gas cylinder.
